It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Marshall Harris (Petersburg, West Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elinor Royce King and David Ray Harris. He is survived by: his stepparent Marion Harris; his significant other Tina R. Jones of Fredrick, MD; his children, Megan Summers (Joseph) of Petersburg, Waylon R. Harris (Janet) of Zuni, VA and David J. Harris of Suffolk, VA; his sisters, Lynn Engleston (Craig) of Fort Washington, MD and Rosemary Kelso of Moulton, AL; and his grandchildren, Savanah Wolford, James Wolford, Hunter Ayers, Braedon Harris and Rylann Harris.
