She was predeceased by: her father James Luther Vance; and her brothers, Robert J. "Bobby" Vance and Darl Vance. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Vance (Parsons) of Petersburg, WW; her sister Marietta Vance Smalling of Petersburg, WV; her nephews, R. J. Vance II (Kristen) and William G. "Bill" Vance of Petersburg, WV; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Katrina Vance, Austin and Jamie Vance; and also, Zoey Bergeron, Riley and Brayden Bergeron.
