Donna Conner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Conner of Petersburg, West Virginia, born in Eglon, West Virginia, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Arros Rumer and Idella Agnes Rumer (Harsh); her husbands, Ersel B. Riggleman and Robert Conner; her great grandchild Tristan D. Sherman; and her brother Arvin Rumer.
She is survived by: her children, Rocky B. Riggleman (Sandy) of Maysville, WV, Ricky A. Riggleman of Cabins, WV, Jay L. Riggleman (Tina) of Maysville, WV and Nina B. Ringwald (Bob) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; her grandchildren, Valerie D. Riggleman, Eric A. Riggleman, Kari B. Combs (Brent), Shane L. Riggleman (Misty), Chasity N. Hevener and Kandra S. Cunningham (Matt); her great grandchildren, Sable N. Backus, Axel A. Riggleman, Bailey Grace Dixon, Madison L. Combs, Adalynn G. Hevener, Collin J. Combs, Ella R. Riggleman and Zoey Kate Cunningham; her great great grandchildren, Ellie Grace, Lilyanne R. and Magnolia D. Backus; and her siblings, Alvin E. "Bub" Rumer of Petersburg, WV, Glenn N. Rumer (Shelby) of Greenbelt, MD and Evelyn Kathleen "Kay" Simmons (Jerry) of Abingdon, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
All services will be private and interment will be in Newhouse Cemetery at Rig, WV. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, all individuals entering the funeral home will be required to maintain social distance and wear face coverings at all times.
