He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Otha McUlty and Viola McUlty (Likens); his wife Frances McUlty (Cook); his son Michael Curtis McUlty; and his brother Keith McUlty.
He is survived by: his children, Brian McUlty of Petersburg, WV, Deborah Berg (Ronnie) of Petersburg, WV and Sally Winebrenner (Ed) of Cabins, WV; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
