He was predeceased by: his parents, Osborne Rex Curtis and Elsie Pauline Curtis (Davis); and his sister Phyllis Curtis Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Dena Curtis (Mick); his sons, Michael Chad Curtis (Jennifer) of Centerville and David Matthew Curtis (Ashley) of Charleston, SC; and his grandchildren, Jacob Curtis, Drew Curtis, Lill Curtis and Ransom Curtis.
