He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hott and Ruth Hott (Wimer); and his brothers, Eddie Hott and Kenneth Hott. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Phillips of Petersburg; his stepchildren, Melinda Wheeler of Romney, Melissa Hott of Petersburg and Neil Heavner of Burlington, WV; and his siblings, Annabell Hume (Andy) of Askov, MN, Cindy Bowen of Romney, Tommy Hott of Winchester, WV and Donnie Hott (Kim) of Winchester, WV. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson and 3 step grandchildren.
