With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Jean Russell (Petersburg, West Virginia), who passed away on April 7, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ray and Frances Lee Evans (McPherson). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Russell; her daughter Cathy Tavenner (James) of Petersburg, WV; and her sisters, Linda Richardson of Baltimore, MD, Shirley Barr (Patric, Jr.) of Elizabethton, TN and Peggy Phillips of Smithfield, NC. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
