She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S VanMeter and Rosa Ellen VanMeter (Moyers); her husband Lyle C. Rexroad Sr.; her siblings, Freddie, Forrest, Robert VanMeter and Phyllis Mongold; and her granddaughter Rhonda VanMeter Nail.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosa, Carole, Gail and Linda; and her siblings, Marie Alt of Franklin, WV and Fritz Weasenforth of Moorefield, WV.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
