He is survived by: his wife Becky Haslacker (Cooper); his daughters, Aleshia R. Lilly (Austin) and Vanessa L. Harper (David); his sister-in-law Pearl Haslacker (Rinker) of Maysville, WV; his grandchildren, Avery Lilly, Cole L. Harper, Annalyn Lilly, Mason Harper, Vaylee Harper, Gavin Haslacker, Aubrey Haslacker and Luke Haslacker; and his pet Ashley.
