He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Edith Bertha Lively (Greathouse); and his father-in-law Gene Cross. He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Lively (Cross); his children, William "B. G.", Mandy Anderson (Joey) of Paden City, WV and Tara Jordan (Jamie) of Wellsburg, WV; his brother Mike Lively of Wellsburg, WV; and his mother-in-law Evelyn Cross. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
