She is survived by: her husband William L. Cecil; her children, Christopher Cecil and Nancy L; her sister Gladys Wright (Richard) of Paden City, WV; her siblings-in-law, Linda Pritt (Darrell), Kim Hickman (Mark) of Triadelphia, WV, Susan of New Martinsville, WV and Edward Cecil; and her grandchildren, Tori Smith (Trey), Avery and Aaidian Sellers. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
