She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Cutler and Wanda Cutler (Nice); her daughter Janna Cutler; and her granddaughter Cheyenne Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Rudder of Sistersville, WV and Jeff Rudder of Carolina Beach, NC; her brother Terry of Philadelphia, Mississippi; her granddaughter Heather Loy of New Martinsville, WV; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Dominick, Dylan, Jade and Bryce.
