He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mills and Alma Mills; and his sister Jackie Burgess. He is survived by: his spouse Drema Noble McDonald; his daughters, Mia McDonald (Ashley) of Greensboro, NC, Ali McDonald (Chris) of Ona, WV and Lia McDonald; his granddaughter Leslie Ann Dorner; and his siblings, Sheila Peyton (Keith) of Branchland, WV, Felicia Cook (Kenny) of West Hamlin, WV, Kristie Clay of Branchland, WV, Randy "Boo" Mills of Branchland, WV and Brian Mills (Michelle) of Beckley, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship for Lincoln County high school students is being established in his name, donations may be made to Drema McDonald with "scholarship fund" in the memo line.
