He is survived by: his wife Frances Marie Mitter Stephens; his children, Debora "Debbie" Kay Hibbs, David, Richard Alan Stephens and Peggy; his grandchildren, Meegan L Cordero, Robert "Robbie" S Hibbs, Tiffaney D Hassinger, Brian, Matthew R Hibbs, Mary, Donahue P Stephens and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Gabi, Isbella, Gigi, Bella, Lilah Rae, Ezra, Garrett, Maddox, Colton, Katelyn, Candance, Kayla and Cullen; and his siblings, Sue Boggs of Huntington, IN and Roger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
