He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary Lanham Sr, Robert Emmitt and Mildred Cain Burgoyne; and his parents-in-law, Jacqueline Swisher Smith and James Milton Robison.

He is survived by: his parents, Max Allen Burgoyne Sr (Janie DeBoni-Burgoyne) and Gay Ann Lanham Burgoyne; his daughter Gabrielle Alyn Burgoyne; his sister Jessica Fluharty; his nieces, Lily and Lakota; and his grandparent Slyvia (Ted Firestein). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; and his four legged companion.
