She was predeceased by: her parents, Holden Benjamin Shay and Ethel Mae Shay (Myers); her husband James Bernard Frazier; and her siblings, Mary Pyles, Helen Knotts, Louise Shay, Holden "Bud" Shay, Fred Shay and Francis Shay.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Sue Fizer, Judy Marie Hamilton of Williamston, SC, Peter "Pete" Bernard Frazier (Tracy Uphold) and Melissa Holipski (Gary); her grandchildren, Willie Fizer, Mary, Troy Fizer, Emma, Heather Adams, Anthony Fizer, Gina Marie Pyles, Cody, Thornton and Chase Bryson Holipski; and her great great grandchildren, Tammy, Emily, Chloe, Little Willie, Mark, Troy Jr., Isabella, Ashton, Kaden, Carter, Amelia, Anthony Jr. and Aria. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
