He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frank and Lettia Arletta Huffman; his wife Jacquine "Jackie" Francis Huffman; his son Delbert S Huffman, Jr.; and his siblings, Mary Bolyard, Florence Shaffer, Betty Bell, Josephine Lantz, Dora Grace Wolfe, Dan Huffman, Lewis Huffman and Frank Huffman.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee Huffman, Stormy Marie Coplin (Jeffrey), Sherry Lynn Davis, Ronald "Monk", Frank Owens, Charity, Tam Mai (Kenny) and Tina Cao; and his grandchildren, Randal Mark Fullmer Jr. (Marcia), Jackie D Fullmer, Destiny Layfield, Emma Huffman, Sydney Bagby, Windy Miller (Jason), Tiffany Zerbonia, Stephanie, Melissa, Linda Mai (Khuong Duong), Amber Duong, Anlyni Mai, Allie Mai, Elliot Soffos, Branden Owens and Daniel Owens. He is also survived by great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
