He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Cunningham (Monaghan); his granddaughters, Megan of New Martinsville, WV and Erin of New Martinsville, WV; his brother Darrel (Dora Collins) of Smithville, WV; his niece Debra; and his nephews, Harold (Vicky) of Smithville, WV and David (Tammy) of Smithville, WV.
