Walter Melvin Morris Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Melvin Morris of New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Morris and Edith Morris (Cain); his wife Leota Morris (McGlumphy); his son Jeff Morris; and his siblings, Harold, Dale, Mary, Norman Morris and June Longwell.
He is survived by: his son Greg Morris (Beverly) of Pine Grove, WV; his granddaughter Annette Morris of Pittsburgh, PA; his brother-in-law Ralph Kay McGlumphy (Karen) of Lexington, NC; and his daughter-in-law Linda Dryman (Doug) of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the Duffy Church of Christ or the Pine Grove Church of Christ.
