He was predeceased by: his half-siblings, Josephine Campbell and Harry Manion. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Manion (Milburn); his daughter Wendi Cote (Jason) of Orangeburg; and his sister Doris Cecil (late Friend) of New Martinsville. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
