He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon L. and Mary L. Belcher (Lewallen). He is survived by: his wife Gay A. Yost (LeMasters) of New Martinsville; his pets, Jake and Jenny; his daughters, Christa Carter of Jefferson City, TN, Jessica Johnson of Hendersonville, NC and Kayla Grove of Charlotte, NC; and his brother Stephen Belcher of New Mexico. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
