She was predeceased by: her parent Martin A.; her husband Willie Howell; her sisters, Barbara Dragon and Sally Stewart; her aunt Peg; and also, Sam, Tess, Monica and Peaches.
She is survived by: her parent Beatrice Vogel (Price); her sister Anna Vogel-Richmond (Eric) of Paden City, WV; her stepchildren, Charlie Howell (Marcy) of Parkersburg, WV, Angie Morgan and Kristy Kocher; her daughter Sarah Hornbeck of New Martinsville, WV; and also Angel.
