He is survived by: his nieces, Kelly Wagner of Smithville, WV and Kayla Wagner of Parkersburg, WV; his nephew Jimmy Wagner of Harrisville, WV; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Triniti Simmons, Jesa-Rae Simmons, Jusiah Bennett, Daniel Frazier, Frankie Wagner and Robert Baker.
