He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Parker and Mildred Parker (Kimble); and his siblings, Susanne Mavety, Paul Hawkins, Ray Parker and Charles Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rose Hawkins (Yoho); his children, Mike Hawkins, Cayden Hawkins and Carter Hawkins; and his sister Mary Marshall.
