He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlotte Wetzel (Long) and George Wetzel; his daughter Melissa Dawn Wetzel; his wife Kelle Wetzel (McCracken); his children, Craig Wetzel (Michelle) of Parkersburg, WV, Jeremy Wetzel (Amanda) of Kernersville, NC and Rachal Wetzel of Glenville, WV; his siblings, John Wetzel (Dian) of Powhatan Point, OH, Carolyn Choate (Doug) of Edmond, OK and Lori McCoy (Ron) of New Martinsville, WV; his grandchildren, Malachi, Sarah, Charlotte, Lilly, Margaret, Shaylin, Trenton, Dominic and Christopher; his siblings-in-law, Pat Catchpool of Woodsfield, OH and Michael McCracken of Ocala, FL; and his uncle Larry Long (Sue) of Wheat, WV. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
