He was predeceased by: his parent Glen Mullett. He is survived by: his parent Ester Mullett; his wife Becky Mullett of New Martinsville; his son John; his grandsons, Drew, Sam Mullett of Dublin, OH and Jeff; his daughter-in-law Carrie; his grandchildren, Ben, Evie Mullett of Granville, OH and Trevor Mullett of Monongah, WV; his siblings, Glenn "Herk" Mullett, Michael "Mick" Mullett, Glenda "Pud" Tallman of New Martinsville, WV and Sandy Ritz of New Martinsville, WV; and also Mike (Jessica Morris).
