He was predeceased by: his father Edward "Koke" Streets; and his brother Howard Streets. He is survived by: his mother Jolene Postlethwait Henderson (Pat); and his siblings, Carmella Ivey, Jan Foose, Jamie and Donnie Streets. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
