He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Isaacs (Wagner) and Paul E. Isaacs; his spouse Peggy Isaacs (Lipscomb); his children, Ryan Isaacs (Kimberly) and Jaki Isaacs of New Martinsville, WV; his brother Jim Isaacs (Deaner) of New Martinsville, WV; and his grandchildren, Alyson, Aaliyah, Audrey, Annalisa, Ariel and Tyler.
