She was predeceased by: her father John Wade. She is survived by: her mother Judy Short Wade of Moundsville, W. V.; her husband Thomas Michael "Mick" Ewing; her daughters, Charese Marie Rhodes of Moundsville, WV, Valerie Dawn Rhodes of Ohio, Tiffany Jean Day (Terry) and Bethany Ann Wise; and her siblings, Virginia Mae Persinger of Moundsville, W. V. and John Kenneth Wade of Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
