It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Murwood McMahon of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Glencoe, Ohio, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murwood McMahon and Mary Ann Thornton McMahon; his wife Veronica Cuchta McMahon; his close friend Della Westfall; and his siblings, Hazel Davis, Rachael McMahon, Mary Jane McGilton, Victoria Cargnel, Shirley Ware, Sarah Traylenik, Howard "Gabe" McMahon, George McMahon, Paul McMahon and Homer McMahon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Brown (Scott) of Wheeling and Crystal Mowder (Randy) of Moundsville; his grandchildren, Casey, Camryn Mowder, Juliet and Nicole Brown; his sister Wilma Myers; his close friend Carol Mowery; and also Connie Snodgrass. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
