He is survived by: his former wife Martha R. Whipkey (Drain) of Moundsville; his children, Bonnie Whipkey of New Martinsville, WV and Brent Whipkey of Reader, WV; his siblings, Janet Lee Foster (William) of Moundsville and Robert Whipkey of Moundsville; his grandson Trevor "TJ" Riggle; and his pets, Miss Priss and Sniff.
