It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Jo Whitlatch of Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Cutie and Belva Leona Yoho Rine. She is survived by: her children, Robert Lesley Whitlatch of Moundsville, W. V., Debby Anderson (Jeff) of Moundsville, W. V. and Richard Lee Whitlatch (Kathy) of Texas; her grandchildren, Joshua, Tiffany, Shelby, Michelle and Brittany; her siblings, Iris Lucas and Gary Rine; her sister-in-law Teresa Rine; and her close friend Judy Koski. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
