With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Dean Locklear of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Louisville, Mississippi, who passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hollis and Vera Waudine Kelly (Parker); her daughter Kathy Diane Horton; and her granddaughter Tracie Elizsabeth Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Hunt (Charles Oxendine) of Moundsville and Trenton Dean Locklear of Moundsville; her siblings, Donna Vowell of Mississippi, Kathleen Craft of Mississippi and Tony Kelly of Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Stanley "Spanky", Deanna, Dane, Christian and Clair. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
