She was predeceased by: her father Merl Rose; her husband Charles Rice; her siblings, Thomas, Samuel, Michael, Kenneth Rose and Beth Evers; her great grandchild Katherine Schulte; and her niece Jessica Newton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Raspperry (Harry Hewitt), Nicole Jackson (Jeremy) and Christina Wise (Jeff); her grandchildren, Gerek Mann (Alex Barnes), Ashley Morris (Steven), Megan Schulte (Joe), David Salisbury (Emily Miller) and Taylar Douglass (Cecil Spencer); and her siblings, Jane Newton and Greg Rose (Sara).
