She is survived by: her husband Kevin Freshwater of Moundsville; her sons, John D. E. Freshwater of Moundsville and Jason E. Lowe of Moundsville; her grandchildren, Brentley and Oliver Freshwater; her sisters, Donna Blake of Moundsville and Shirley Jones (Melvin) of McMechen, WV; and her friends, Jean Tomblin of Moundsville and Cathy Riggs of Moundsville.
