Jamie Ann Lantz Obituary
Jamie Ann (Nice) Lantz, 62, entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, March 16th, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
Jamie was born on March 1st, 1960 in Glen Dale, WV. Having spent her childhood living in various states, her family returned to Moundsville, WV after her father retired from the Navy. Jamie graduated from John Marshall in 1978. Here she remained and raised her three sons.
Jamie was preceded in death by her parents, John Wiley and Mary Margaret (Baker) Nice.
She is survived by her husband, of 30 years, James Lantz, her sister Chrystal (John) Rine of Moundsville, WV, brother John W. Nice of Charleston, SC, her beloved boys: Timothy J. Bierce and daughter Shelby L. of Richeyville, PA, Matthew J. (Megan Westfall) and son Grayson C. of Buchannon, WV, and Alexander J. Bierce of Moundsville, WV, stepson Coty (Ali) Lantz and son Brewer J., also of Moundsville, WV.
Jamie believed that her boys were her greatest gifts and accomplishments.
Jamie enjoyed working at Greg's Market and Marshall County Bingo for many years.
As she requested, there will be no visitation. A private ceremony will be held in May in Charleston, SC.
