He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen and Wanda Allen (Cook); and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Malinda Allen (Penn); his children, Nathen Allen (Kim), Rebecca Kirby (Richard) and Andrew Allen (Amy); and his brothers, Ken (Zandra) and Jerry Allen (Rena). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
