He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Howard and Gladys Riggs Howard. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Howard of McMechen, WV, Christopher Howard of Bellaire and Matthew Howard of Wheeling, WV; his stepchildren, Jennifer Curtis of Wheeling, WV and Jason Yeater of McMechen, WV; his siblings, Sevilla Logan of South Carolina, Charlotte Khourey (Louis) of Wheeling, WV, Helen Howard of Cameron, WV, Russell Howard (Bertie) of Moundsville, WV and Kenneth Howard of Bellaire; his pets, Diesel and Lucky; and his close friends, Mike, Jim and Richard. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
