She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Chamberlain and Doris Chamberlain (Maupin); and her brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Lucas. She is survived by: her children, Erica Putnam (Brian) of Prattsburgh, NY and Garrett Suddath (Lori) of Charleston, WV; her siblings, Darla Lucas of Moundsville, Don Chamberlain of Bethlehem, WV and Gregg Chamberlain (Cindy); her grandchildren, Mason, Macoy, Meyah, Jackson, Bennett and Fletcher; and her nieces, Christy, Jennifer, Carly, Brooke and Alison.
