He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Cline and Frances E. Cline (Watson); and his brothers, Gerald Ray and Duane Cline. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Cline (Scarnecchia); his daughters, Beth Ann Starkey of Fort Thomas, KY, Tina Marie Starkey of Moundsville, Toni Lynn Terry (Brian Saunders) of Moundsville and Lori Sue Markle of Wheeling, WV; his son-in-law Chris Markle; his siblings, Deborah Baum (Thomas) of Benwood, WV, Thomas Daryl Cline (Betty Jo) of Wheeling and William Cline (Holly) of Summerville, SC; his aunts, Ella Louise Herron of New Cumberland, WV and Nancy Derosa (Larry) of New Cumberland, WV; his uncle John Delbert Cline of Morgantown, WV; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Nathaniel, Jacob, Shayla, Lilyan, Jackson, Christian and Hannah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
