He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Crow Bigford; and his children, Annette Williams (Jason) of McMechen, Andrew Williams of Moundsville, W. V., Joshua Bigford of Moundsville, W. V. and Charles Bigford of Moundsville, W. V.. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and many friends.
