He is survived by: his parents, Lorayne Fischer and David Palmer (Joan) of Moundsville, WV; his siblings, Mark Palmer (Jennifer) of Morgantown, WV and Lindsay Seese of Moundsville; and his stepbrother Brian Dayton (Ashley) of Hurricane, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
