He is survived by: his children, Justin Rich (Dalis) of Wheeling, WV, Rebecca Yates (Michael) of Parkville, MD and Alexa Foreman (Tyler) of Uniontown, PA; his sisters, Janet West (Mike) of New Martinsville, WV and Linda Neil (David) of Dallas, TX; and his granddaughters, Scarlett, Farrah and Avery. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
