He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Lucas and Hazel Yoho Lucas; and his siblings, Debbie Winer, Jack and Bud (Allie Hall Lucas).
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Lucas of Moundsville, WV, Billie Jo Doty (Jimmy) of Moundsville, WV, Bobbie Jo Hall of Moundsville, WV, William Lucas Jr. of Akron and Jerry Hall of Moundsville, WV; his sister Terry Litman (Richard); and his brother-in-law Andy Winer of Moundsville, WV. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
