She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Harris and Laura Letha Harris (Blake); her former husband Morris Eugene Kestner; and her siblings, Maxine Crow, Imogene Garrison and Brooks Harris.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Elwood Cecil of Moundsville; her children, Brenda Parsons (Bruce) of Morgantown, WV, Susan Martin of Moundsville and Dave Smith of Wheeling, WV; her sister Dorothy (Bob); and her grandchildren, Jason Harler of Columbus, OH, Jessica Harler of Morgantown, Jodi Tanriverdiler (Erdinc) of Morgantown, Zach Martin (Lauren) of Tampa, FL, Logan Martin of Dallas, TX and Luke Martin of Moundsville.
