She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Steele and Mary Tanner Steele; her husband Paul Bezjak; and her siblings, Howard Theodore Steele and Doris Staddon Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Clatworthy (David) and Earl Eugene Dixon, Jr. (Paulette); and her grandchildren, Lonnie Knisell (Elizabeth), Korena Pettit, Amanda Knisell (Tara), Earl Eugene Dixon, III, Donald Dixon, Caleb Dixon and Noah Dixon (Maloree). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and two-great-great grandchildren.
