He is survived by: his wife Claire Noel (Grassano) of Morgantown; his children, Eddie Noel (Marcie), Beth Britton (David) and Stephen Noel (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Camille Bowers (Bob) and Bennett Grassano (Dana); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ally Bowers, Lydia Bowers, Bella Bowers, Opal Grassano and Daphne Grassano; his siblings, Sue Tackett (Gene), Chelsey Noel, Jr. (Eleanor), Linda Adkins (Ron), Kay Pennington, Beverly Attaway (Bob) and Tim Noel (Linda); his grandchildren, Daniel Noel (Danae), Katie Poole (Derek) and Alex Britton (Bailiegh); his great grandchild Blake; and his grandchildren, Kelcie Boyce (Isaac) and Emily Noel.
