He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Colebank and Eleanor Colebank; his brother Norman Colebank; his brother-in-law Donald Cummings; and his nephews, Brian and Tom Colebank.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Colebank; his children, Donna Colebank and Daniel Colebank (Heather); his grandchildren, Cooper Colebank and Corbin Colebank; his sisters, Linda Cummings and Nancy Galusky (Bob); and his sister-in-law Connie Colebank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
