He is survived by: his wife Drema Lusk Howell; his daughters, Ginger Hurley (Brennan), Krista Sizemore (Herman) and Jamie Ford; his siblings, Ray Howell (Barbara), Harold Howell, Robert Howell (Doris), Janet Shupe, Karen Davis (Phillip) and Juanita Dickens (Randy); his mother-in-law Ann Sluder (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Emily Hurley, Erika Poe, Tori Sizemore, Dawson Sizemore, Ethan Tiller, Ryan Tomaschek, Tommy Tomaschek, Austin Tomaschek, Sarah Lambert and Alicia Thomasheck; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Kayden Maci and Myrcella.
