He is survived by: his parent Carrie Leigh Perkins Oiler; his daughter Carrie Perkins (Jerry); and his siblings, James Gerald Perkins (Evie) of Fayetteville, WV, Carol Sue Spangler and Loretta Lowe (Mike). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
